I carved the marionettes out of wood, cut shadow puppets out of card and created giant light puppets and was excited to put into practice what I had learnt at a marionette making and performance course in Prague. William and I were the marionetteers and Saffron and Leyton Broom brought the story to life with their musical talent.

The play "Rushed William's Folly" had two versions, one for children which was fun, slap stick and spectacular as well as a night performance for an older audience in which deeper themes could be explored and with which we proved that puppetry is more than just children's entertainment.
