Arte – Karambolage: Tatort

I created the animation "Tatort" for the French/Germany TV channel Arte. "Tatort" is a German murder mystery series that has continously run since 1970. Why it has mysteriously remained so popular is explained in this drawn animation.

For this animation, I was given the beautiful script from Romy Strassenburg and developed a mixed media illustration style that used painted figures and incorporated photographed mouths and eyes.
The episode was broadcast on Tatort's 50th birthday.
